Lynne Murphy-Rivera
Lynne Murphy-Rivera is the Managing Director of the Americas for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), where she leads initiatives that drive growth, visibility, and impact across the organization’s global Membership. A seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, Lynne has a proven record of accelerating business growth and building strategic partnerships across Fortune 500 companies, technology firms, and the legal industry.
In her role, Lynne supports her Members’ strategic goals through brand elevation, industry engagement, and the development of high-impact global summits featuring top thought leaders and a dynamic ecosystem of executives across industries.
Before joining AESC, Lynne served as Director of Engagement at The Conference Board where she cultivated and managed key global relationships. Her earlier career includes senior business development roles at Dow Jones and Bloomberg, as well as leadership positions in two successful technology start-ups, Orchestria and Mobilize.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Lynne is deeply committed to advancing women in leadership. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the New York Chapter of Quorum Initiative, an organization dedicated to empowering executive women in business, culture, and public policy.
Lynne holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. A lifelong learner and advocate for personal and professional growth, she is passionate about the power of multigenerational collaboration in the workplace—and enjoys the competitive spirit found in both business and sport.
