The Leadership Outlook Brazil 2025 report identifies the main trends, challenges, changes, and transformations in the executive market for the year 2025.

Insights include:

  • 84.1% of executives are open to new opportunities in 2025, reflecting a scenario in which current retention efforts by organizations may not be fully effective.
  • In Brazil, most of the benefits offered by companies are directly linked to basic needs such as healthcare and food. The most common benefits include Health Insurance (88.8%), Meal/Food Vouchers (80.6%), and Life Insurance (71.6%).
  • The top challenge expected for 2025 is the shortage of talent (54%), followed by talent retention (52%) and digital transformation (51%).
  • The most frequently mentioned soft skill is communication and active listening (70.3%), while the top hard skill is people management (69.1%).
