TRANSEARCH International is pleased to announce the addition of Soledad Mosquera as a Senior Consultant in Chile.
With over 18 years of Human Resources experience, Soledad specialises in executive search and strategic recruitment. A psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, she has successfully placed more than 300 leaders across Chile and Latin America.
Her career highlights include key roles at Santander Group and MetLife Chile, where she managed recruitment and led organisational development initiatives. Most recently, she spent 14 years as Business and Operations Manager at Insigni – Mandomedio, overseeing recruitment in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, real estate, and telecommunications.
Soledad’s expertise and regional insights will strengthen TRANSEARCH’s ability to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
